Fresco by Scotto's continued success would not be possible without the creative talents of their Executive Chef Stefano Battistini. Stefano has had a remarkable career: Stefano was born in Switzerland and raised in Emilia Romagna, a small town near Bologna, Italy. Stefano moved to New York City and became the Chef at the Sea Grill Restaurant in Rockefeller Center for a period of four years.
He was then offered the Chef de Cuisine at the Four Seasons Restaurant and remained in that position for another four years.
